The turbo compressor has a central casing (50) located between a turbine housing and a compressor housing (42), and a lubrication unit for circulating lubricant i.e. lubricating oil, in the turbo compressor. The compressor housing comprises an outlet (58) for the lubricant. The lubrication unit comprises an outlet pipe (66) passing through the compressor housing such that an end of the outlet pipe is provided with the lubricant outlet. The outlet pipe comprises a tip for connecting to an external circuit for returning the lubricant of a turbocharger.
