PURPOSE: A cable trough and a device to manufacture the cable trough are provided to prevent the contamination of a cable and an electric short circuit caused by the inflow of rainwater by comprising packing between a trough cover and a trough main body and maintaining the airtightness inside the trough. CONSTITUTION: A cable trough comprises a trough main body (10) and packing (30). The trough main body finishes an upper part by a trough cover (20). The packing is positioned on a part in which the trough main body and the trough cover are surface-connected. The packing is insert-molded in order that one end is exposed to the outside on the trough main body or the trough cover. The packing includes an embedding unit (33) and an exposed unit (34) which are embedded in the trough main body or the trough cover based on a fixing protrusion. The exposed unit is used for an intermediate buffer material preventing the trough main body and the trough cover from directly rubbing.
