The barrier (1) has an upper part (12) and an intermediate part (11) respectively mounted to slidingly move with respect to the intermediate part and a lower part (10) between proximate and separated positions. Locking units (22, 21) respectively lock mobility of the upper part with respect to the intermediate part and mobility of the intermediate part with respect to the lower part. The upper part includes an unlocking unit to inactivate the locking unit of the intermediate part with respect to the lower part when the upper part is in position close to the intermediate part.
