发明名称 LIVER CANCER PROGNOSIS METHOD AND KIT USING A GENOMIC QUANTITATIVE PCR
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method of predicting liver cancer is provided to foretell liver cancer prognosis by setting variation unit through unitizing CAN, and measuring liver cancer prognosis related variation marker which is drawn by association rule mining technique based on the variation unit through multiplex genomic fixed quantity PCR method. CONSTITUTION: A method of predicting liver cancer prognosis comprises the steps of: preparing each pair of primers for analyzing more than one chromosome segment pairs selected from a group comprising: L2 and L4, G14 and L3, and G4 and G6 which are defined by the table 1; preparing control group primer pairs for analyzing dielectric region where CNA does not appear in liver cancer; performing multiplex fixed quantity PCR by using the primer pairs for analyzing and control primer pairs after preparing sample of analysis object; measuring acquisition and disappearance which are defined by the table 1. A kit for predicting mortality prognosis of liver cancer comprises: each analysis primer pair for analyzing more than one chromosome segments pairs selected from a group comprising L7 and L18, G6 and L14, and G13 and L10 which are defined by the table 1; preparing control group primer pairs for analyzing dielectric region where CNA does not appear in liver cancer; and DNA polymerase.</p>
