PURPOSE: A portable brain-cooling apparatus is provided to cool a brain section by using a vaporized fluid, thereby facilitating the cooling of a body. CONSTITUTION: One end of a cooling fluid transfer tube (200) is connected with a liquid fluid storage tank. The other end of the cooling fluid transfer tube is open. A spray hole (201) is formed at one side of the cooling fluid transfer tube. The spray hole sprays a cooling fluid. The cooling fluid is transferred through the cooling fluid transfer tube.
