摘要 PURPOSE: A rice manufacturing method for simple cooking is provided to reduce cooking time and be used for instant food including steamed rice and rice glue balls etc. CONSTITUTION: Hard-boiled rice is obtained by steaming rice soaked in water with vapor. The hard-boiled rice is dried and pulverized into grains of boiled rice. The grains of boiled rice are fried in oil. In a process where rice is soaked in water, the rice is soaked in water in which 50-200 g of edible powder is added in 1L of water for 1-2 hours in order to accomplish coloring. The grains of boiled rice which are fried in the oil are mixed with the edible powder in order to evenly coat the surfaces of the grains with the edible powder and colored.
