PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing electrode materials for a capacitor using KOH/NaOH and the electrode materials for the capacitor using the same provide the electrode materials including activated carbon by using an activator. CONSTITUTION: Carbon materials are prepared. Potassium hydroxide is added in the carbon materials. Sodium hydroxide is added in the carbon materials.
