PURPOSE: An orthodontic bracket without wings is provided to improve the sanitation of the mouth, to reduce the size of the bracket, and to improve the appearance of the bracket. CONSTITUTION: An orthodontic bracket without wings comprises a body in which a wire for applying tension to a tooth is fixed to move the tooth to a desired location and a base which connects to the body and is attached to teeth. The body is formed with grooves (110) having a predetermined depth on one side thereof which is open so that a wire can be inserted. The body or the base is formed with one or more tubes through which a wire passes. |
