PURPOSE: A solar panel output voltage converting device is provided to improve charging efficiency by charging a battery even when a battery voltage is higher than a solar panel output voltage. CONSTITUTION: A condenser (C) temporarily stores a current from a solar panel. An inductor (L) controls a current from the condenser. A first switching device (S) controls the flow of currents between the condenser and the inductor. If a condenser voltage gets higher than an upper comparison voltage, a switching signal generator turns on the first switching device. If a condenser voltage gets lower than a lower comparison voltage, the switching signal generator turns off the first switching device. |
