摘要 The disclosed microcomponent alignment unit has a simple structure, making weight reduction easy. Said microcomponent alignment unit includes a microcomponent raising/lowering mechanism which comprises a plurality of microcomponent raising/lowering means, each of which comprises: a shaft, the bottom end of which is provided with a microcomponent suction nozzle that connects to a pressure-reduction mechanism; and a bearing that is provided around the shaft and guides vertical movement of the shaft. The plurality of microcomponent raising/lowering means are aligned in the width direction of the shafts such that the tip of each shaft is at the same height and the bottom of each suction nozzle is at the same height. The disclosed microcomponent alignment unit also includes: a frame that immovably supports the raising/lowering mechanism; an elastic body that engages with the shaft in each raising/lowering means and the bearings or the frame and supports the shafts such that the tips thereof are all at a prescribed height; pushing devices disposed at a separation above the tip of each shaft; an auxiliary pushing member that can be inserted into the gap between the tip of any shaft and the bottom surface of that pushing device; and an auxiliary pushing member drive mechanism that is connected to and drives the auxiliary pushing member, moving and positioning the auxiliary pushing member horizontally.
