Provided is a gas barrier laminate film that can maintain superior moisture barrier properties for a long period of time, even when exposed to high temperatures and high humidity over long periods. This gas barrier laminate film is characterized by the following being provided on at least one surface of a plastic film in the following order: an inorganic oxide thin film layer; an interlayer containing a polyethyleneimine derivative; and a coating layer containing a polyvinyl alcohol compound crosslinked by a (partial) hydrolyzate of an alkoxy silane having a specific structure, a (partial) condensate thereof, or a mixture of both.
