摘要 <p>The real-time power saving device for hydraulic systems according to the present invention operates at a preset working pressure according to the volume of a supplied working fluid. The present invention includes: a proportional valve unit which supplies some of the volume of the working fluid corresponding to the opening degree of the valve, in accordance with the preset supplied voltage (A), to the hydraulic system, with respect to the working fluid discharged by the hydraulic pump of the hydraulic system by causing the valve to be opened in proportion to the supplied voltage (A); a power detection unit that detects the supplied voltage (A) supplied to the proportional valve unit in real time; a sensing unit that senses the operating voltage (B) of the hydraulic pump; a comparison unit that calculates the maximum value (max) and the minimum value (min) of the supplied voltage (A) detected by the power detection unit with respect to the proportional valve unit and the operating voltage (B) of the hydraulic pump sensed by the sensing unit; an average calculation unit that calculates the average value (M) of the supplied voltage (A) and the operating voltage (B); a control unit that outputs a control signal corresponding to one selected from among the supplied voltage (A), the operating voltage (B), the average value (M), the maximum value (max), and the minimum value (min) according to the operating voltage corresponding to the preset work characteristics of the hydraulic system; and an inverter that discharges the working fluid by operating the hydraulic pump according to the control signal which is output by the control unit.</p>
