<p>This network comprising functional nodes linked in series by information transmission means, in which the information takes the form of discrete messages propagating from node to node in the network, is characterized in that the information transmission means for transmitting information between the nodes are bidirectional so as to allow information to propagate in both directions of flow of the network, and each node comprises at least one first and one second ports associated by programming, for input/output of information, linked by corresponding information transmission means to neighbour nodes and whose operation is driven in an exclusive and sequential manner, by means forming a communication automaton, between a mode of operation in asynchronous reception of information from its neighbour nodes and a mode of operation in synchronous emission of information to its neighbour nodes, and in that the information transmission means for transmitting information between the nodes (51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56) are wire means serving also as electrical energy supply network for the nodes based on at least one (52, 55) of the nodes of the network, the power supply propagating from node to node in both directions of the network (50).</p> |
