PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method capable of accurately determining a scene from an image.SOLUTION: The system according to the invention includes communication means, object detection means, temporal pattern generation means, and scene determination means. The communication means acquires video that includes at least one frame. The at least one frame includes information that shows a scene. The object detection means detects the presence of an object in the at least one frame, and generates at least one detection result at least partially on the basis of the result. The temporal pattern generation means generates a temporal pattern associated with the object at least partially on the basis of the at least one detection result. Then, the scene determination means determines a type of the scene at least partially on the basis of the temporal pattern. |
