PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly obtain a condition of an opening/closing body device and operate the opening/closing body device by using a portable communication terminal, such as a cellular phone, not connected to an internal network in a building.SOLUTION: The motion of opening/closing body means for closing an opening of a structure skeleton is controlled using a portable communication terminal working as a remote control operation switch for the opening/closing body means by activating application software. In order to control an opening/closing body device by remote control using the portable communication terminal, a short-distance wireless communication interface built in a general-purpose portable communication terminal is adopted as a wireless communication system other than a wireless remote control device dedicated for the opening/closing body device. The portable communication terminal is connected to the opening/closing body means through the communication interface, and used as a remote control device switch. |
