PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an engine fluctuation suppression device by a motor, unnecessary of a torque sensor, difficult to cause delay of control in a sudden change of a state and applicable for load operation of an engine.SOLUTION: An engine fluctuation suppression device includes: an engine 1; a motor 2 directly connected to a rotary shaft of the engine 1; an operating condition obtaining means 22 to obtain operation state information of the engine 1; an engine torque estimating means 23 to presume torque of the engine 1 based on operation state information of the engine 1 and engine parameters of the engine 1; and a motor control means 30 to control the torque of the motor 2 to suppress the fluctuation of the engine torque presumed by the engine torque estimating means 23.
