PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a system so that an appropriate original is appropriately copied when a client requests copying from a representative.SOLUTION: In a representation copying system, a client terminal operated by a client giving a request of representation copying and an image forming apparatus for performing the representation copying are connected by a communication network. The client terminal transmits a representation copying request notification for informing that the representation copying is requested from a prescribed representative to the image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus determines whether a user who logs in is the prescribed representative or not. When the user is the prescribed representative, information on an original scanned in accordance with an instruction of the prescribed representative is transmitted to the client terminal. The client terminal displays the information and transmits a confirmation result of the original to the image forming apparatus when the client confirms the original. The image forming apparatus performs printing on the basis of the scanned original in accordance with the confirmation result. |
