Provided are a method for dispersing, in a resin, a filler which has high agglomerating properties and a micro-dispersing mixer for use in the method. Also provided are: a process for producing a sealing material with which troubles in electronic materials, e.g., semiconductor packages, caused by agglomerates of a filler (e.g., carbon black) can be avoided; a masterbatch resin produced by the process; and a micro-dispersing mixer for use in the process. For producing a filler-containing molten resin composition by dispersing a filler in a molten resin composition, a resin composition comprising filler aggregates and a molten resin composition is premixed by a mixing means and the premixed mixture is thereafter passed through a micro-dispersing mixer having fine channels to disperse the filler in the filler resin composition. |
