PURPOSE: A monitor distinguishing method and a monitoring system for detecting an object are provided to improve the performance of the monitoring system due to the quick search of the object. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring system for detecting an object is as follows. An input image about the monitoring region is input(S110). The detection image about the monitoring target area is detected the mobile object is detected with the monitoring object(S120). The detection image is converted to the Hilbert image(S130). The identification object is selected as an object of the target image. |
