PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both array inspection and static electricity countermeasure after formation of a pixel electrode.SOLUTION: There is provided an active matrix substrate which comprises: a plurality of signal lines; a plurality of scan lines intersecting with the signal lines; switching elements disposed in the vicinity of the intersections between the signal lines and the scan lines; a plurality of input terminals for applying signals to the signal lines and the scan lines; and short circuit wiring disposed outside the input terminals, on the substrate. The short circuit wiring includes: trunk wiring; and a plurality of branch wiring branched from the trunk wiring and connected to respective input terminals. The short circuit wiring is further provided with a plurality of separation parts for electrically disconnecting between each input terminal and the trunk wiring. |
