PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer device capable of improving carrying efficiency in a balancer device in carrying.SOLUTION: A balancer device includes an upper housing 6 provided with a plurality of fixing boss parts 6a-6c to be fixed to a cylinder block 1 by bolts 29, a lower housing 7 fixed to the upper housing by bolts, a U-shaped first positioning hole 22 formed in a thin part 7c of the lower housing and opening on a lower housing upper surface 7e, and a second positioning hole 23 bored in a drive shaft 8 from the diameter direction so as to be opposed to the first positioning hole. A positioning pin 24 is inserted in advance into the first and second positioning holes from the horizontal direction of the upper housing, and bulking in the vertical direction of a balancer device 5 in carrying, is restrained. |
