PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar power generation apparatus capable of effectively using solar light compared to a conventional solar power generation apparatus.SOLUTION: A vaporizing device 2 generating driving gas by boiling liquid to be heated by heat of collected solar light is arranged in a position spaced apart from the ground and a heliostat is arranged below the same, and a moving body 71 moving on a guide rail 73 according to the moving of the sun is provided on an upper side of the vaporizing device 2. The solar light is refracted by the moving body 71 and is irradiated an upper part of the body 21 of the vaporizing device 2, and the solar light collected by the heliostat is irradiated to a lower part of a body 21.
