PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of photoelectric conversion by suppressing light absorption phenomenon on a back electrode including a light reflective metal layer.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion comprises: a substrate 11a; a first conductive layer 11b positioned on the substrate 11a; a photoelectric conversion layer 10 positioned on the first conductive layer 11b; a second conductive layer 15 positioned on the photoelectric conversion layer 10; a convexoconcave relaxation layer 16b positioned on the second conductive layer 15; and a rear electrode 16 positioned on a top surface of the convexoconcave relaxation layer 16b, contacting with and electrically connected to a part of the second conductive layer 15. A surface roughness of a surface at the second conductive layer 15 of the rear electrode 16 is lower than that of a surface at the rear electrode 16 of the second conductive layer 15. |
