Provided is a game system equipped with a communication function which takes the operating properties of a player into account. A game device (3) is provided with: a transmission-image acquisition unit (74e) for acquiring image information from a captured image (200), when tiles displayed on a game-status screen (110) in a mahjong game are specified as the captured image (200); and a delivery-information transmission unit (75) for transmitting the acquired image information as delivery information to a server (2). The server (2) is provided with: a player-information storage unit (31) for storing the delivery destination for the delivery information of a player (5); a delivery-destination identification unit (21b) for identifying the delivery destination of the player (5) whose game device (3) transmitted the delivery information; and a delivery unit (21d) for transmitting to the identified delivery destination via an open network (4).
