摘要 PURPOSE: A heat penetration device using a gas ignition system is provided to burn and remove residues by using heat with high temperature while the residues are passing through the device, thereby suppressing the generation of processing residues and preventing a possible injury of an operator of the device. CONSTITUTION: A heat penetration device using a gas ignition system includes a heat pipe (11), an insulating material (12), a chuck body (20), a tuning ring (22), a shaft (24) for supporting a tub, a tub (21), a hole for a controlling wrench (23) and a gas barrel (32). A fire caused by a gas ignition passes through inside a body unit (10) of the heat pipe. The insulating material is assembled so that the heat of the fire caused by the ignition is not conducted and so that the device is not overheated. The chuck body is installed inside the front end of the body unit. The tuning ring is mounted to the front end of the chuck body. The shaft for supporting a tub is interlocked with the front end of the turning ring. The tub is inserted in the front end of the shaft for supporting a tub. The hole for a controlling wrench is installed on one side of the chuck body. The gas barrel is attached to and detached from the rear end of the body unit.
