PURPOSE: An auger for the construction of a pile and a ground improving body is provided to unify the quality of the ground improving body and to release pressure resistance generated when the auger reciprocates in a ground improving body forming body. CONSTITUTION: An auger (100) for the construction of a pile and a ground improving body is formed in one or more axises in order to simultaneously form one or more ground improving body forming holes and includes an expanding diameter bit (120) and a spiral excavation blade (130). The expanding diameter bit includes an air hammer (110) in the inner center unit and includes an expanding diameter blade (121) on the outer circumference. The spiral excavation blade is formed to the upper side of the expanding diameter bit and includes a cutting unit (131) or a penetration hole in all directions.
