PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately awaken a target person of sleep control after arousal when the target person is in a sleep state again.SOLUTION: A target person of sleep control is detected (S18) whether the target person is in a sleep state again or not within a predetermined time frame after arousal (S12), and when the target parson is determined to be in the sleep state, the target person is to be awaked by giving refresh information (S22). Accordingly, the target person can be comfortably awaked up by appropriately awakening even when the target person falls back to sleep. |
