PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of further improving a magnetic shielding effect, and an image forming device mounted with the same.SOLUTION: A fixing device includes: an induction heating coil (52); first cores (54 and 56) and a second core (58) for forming a magnetic path around the coil; route switching means (60) which switches a route of a magnetic field toward a heating member (48) to two routes, makes a magnetic flux pass through from the second core to the heating member in a first route, and makes the magnetic flux pass through from the first cores to the heating member in the second route; and a magnetism adjusting member (90) which is disposed over a switching area of a magnetic field route including both the routes, makes the magnetic flux from the core toward the heating member pass through in the first route, and shields the magnetic flux in the second route. The magnetic adjusting member includes a plurality of ring-shaped portions (90A, 90B, and 90C) in which the whole viewed from an axial direction of a line material thereof forms a serial endless shape, and which are divided and disposed according to plural sizes of carried sheets of paper with respect to a longitudinal direction of the core. |
