The coupling system (1) has a pressing plate (6) that is axially displaced and non-rotatably arranged with interposition of friction linings (8) of a clutch disk (9) with contact pressure biased by a backpressure plate (4). A release system (3) is rotationally decoupled by a clutch release sleeve (15) with respect to a friction clutch (2), for controlling the contact pressure of a lever (14) against the pressing plate. The pressing plate is supported axially at the lid over the clutch release sleeve such that the contact pressure acting on the lever is biased.
