The arrangement has a gear wheel (5) rigidly connected with a bearing core (8) of an elastomer bearing (7) e.g. plastic injection molded bush bearing, over an extension arm (6) so that a pivoting movement of a pedal lever (2) by another gear wheel (4) is transferred as a rotating movement on the former gear wheel. The latter gear wheel is brought in engagement with the former gear wheel. The elastomer bearing is arranged at a bearing block (1). The bearing core of the elastomer bearing is moved against a spring force of an elastomeric bearing body (9) that holds and receives the core. The gear wheels are designed as a pair of spur gears. The bearing body is injection molded with plastic.
