<p>An assembly structure of center pivot doors for an air conditioning system of a vehicle is provided to prevent erroneous assembling due to a mistake of a worker in deciding an initial assembling position in assembling center pivot doors having plates formed in similar widths, with an air conditioning case by forming a protruded rib and a cut groove at a door shaft of the center pivot door and a shaft supporter of the air conditioning case, thereby preventing erroneous operation of the air conditioning system. An air conditioning case(10) includes an air inlet formed on an entrance end, a defrost vent, a face vent, a floor vent formed on an exit end, and an evaporator and a heater core mounted between the entrance end and the exit end to transfer heat. Center pivot doors(14) have plates at both sides of a door shaft(15) to rotate centering on the door shaft. Both ends of the door shaft are combined with a shaft supporter(11) formed through the air conditioning case to control opening of each vent. A protruded rib(11a) is formed on one side of one end of the door shaft of the center pivot door or the shaft supporter of the air conditioning case. A cut groove(15b) is formed on the other side to insert the protruded rib into the cut groove.</p> |
