Disclosed is a policy-based customized routing method, which comprises: a local routing device preconfiguring a route selection rule, specifically comprising: configuring an execution order of the route selection rule; and after the configuration of the route selection rule comes into effect, the local routing device applying the route selection rule to local route selection. Accordingly, also disclosed is a policy-based customized routing device. The routing method and the routing device in the present invention can be applied to significantly increase the flexibility of policy application in route selection.
