PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative method which can be implemented under an analgesic condition since it is necessary for measurement of a blood-sugar level, a level of lactate and a variety of clinical laboratory test data to perform blood drawing and to perform analysis using the collected blood sample, however mental and physical burdens on a patient and a subject accompanying pains during the blood drawing are intense.SOLUTION: When, after a pore is opened in the skin by using a microneedle, an amount of substance in intercellular fluid collected while covering the skin with unwoven fabric is measured, excellent correlation is recognized between an amount of the substance and an amount of a substance in blood plasma. Thus, the above measurement method can be an alternative method under an analgesic condition for monitoring the substances in the blood plasma. |
