A time integrator for integrating time axis information represented by the phase difference between two signals, provided with: a pulse generation circuit (11) for converting the time difference between the edges of two inputted signals into a difference in the pulse width of two pulse signals and outputting the two pulse signals; a load circuit (12) in which load characteristics are switched by the two pulse signals; and an oscillation circuit (13) to which the load circuit is connected, the oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit switching according to the load characteristics of the load circuit; the output of the oscillation circuit being outputted as the result of time integration.
