<p>Multiple small rotatable tables (32) are disposed on a large rotatable table (30) and workpieces (12) are placed on the small tables (32). A pressing part (48) is provided above the projection area of the large table (30). The pressing part (48) is raised and lowered by a raising/lowering mechanism (46) between a retracted position that is disposed above and separated from the workpiece (12) on the small table (32) and a pressing position in which the pressing part presses the workpiece (12) on the small table (32) from above. The pressing part (48) is rotated by a third drive mechanism (74) around the same axis as the rotation shaft (33) of the small table (32) and in the same rotation direction and at the same rotation speed as the small table (32).</p> |
