PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging laminate film used for a packaging bag for food or the like or sealing cover for a container for food or the like, the film preventing the packaging bag or container from being ruptured or broken when the content such as food sealed in the packaging bag or container is heated in a microwave oven or the like and the inside pressure of the packaging bag or container is increased, facilitating the closing of a gap after the inside pressure is released, and preventing the heated content from being contaminated from outside.SOLUTION: In a packaging laminate film constituting a packaging bag, at least a plastic-based film 2, an adhesive layer 3, and a porous material layer 4 having air permeability, are successively laminated from the inside surface of a storage portion for storing a content. A plurality of cut portions 5 having an H-shape in a plan view, are provided in the plastic-based film 2 from the inner side, the H-shaped cut portions have a vertical width 5b twice the transverse width 5a of the H-shaped cut portion, and the opening and closing of the cut portion 5 releases the inner pressure of the storage portion and blocks the intrusion of outside air. |
