PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply system capable of preventing wetting and dew condensation on an inner peripheral surface of an air supply duct extended to the downstream side of a humidifying unit.SOLUTION: An air supply system 10A includes: an air supply duct 11 which supplies humidified air to a target chamber 16; a humidifying unit 12 which sprays a predetermined amount of water into the air supply duct 11; and a controller 15 having a water amount adjusting means which adjusts the amount of water to be sprayed from the humidifying unit 12 in accordance with a target humidifying value. The controller 15 includes a demand means which determines a relative humidity on the downstream side of the humidifying unit 12. The water amount adjusting means adjusts the amount of water to be sprayed from the humidifying unit 12 such that the relative humidity determined by the demand means does not exceed a preset limit value.
