The device has an external pulsed light source including glass electrodes of 12 mm and ion-selective FET (ISFET) electrodes of 12 mm in a length of 120 mm. The device feeds a light with four wavelengths, an interference light and a white light into the electrodes. The electrodes are operated by internal or external pulse/running light electronics. The device throws the light with four wavelengths, the interference light and the white light on a diaphragm, a FET opening, and an optical measuring window. An O-ring (8) is provided at an output side.
