A work-image monitoring system includes a camera server (11) fitted on a worker (P), a mobile router (12) capable of performing data communication with the camera server (11), and a monitoring computer (13) that communicates with the mobile router (12) through a communication means. The camera server (11) has a fixed IP and includes a storage section (116) that stores an image captured by a camera (21) and a communication section (117) that communicates with the mobile router. The mobile router (12) includes a communication section (124) that communicates with the camera server (11) and a communication section (125) that communicates with the monitoring computer (13). The monitoring computer (13) includes a communication section (137) that communicates with the mobile router (12) and a display section (132) that displays an image sent from the camera server (11).
