<p>PURPOSE: An electricity accumulating element is provided to prevent foreign substances from being attached on a gas discharge portion by a protection unit, and to prevent a protection film from being separated from a case while discharging gas when reached a fixed internal pressure. CONSTITUTION: An electricity accumulating element comprises a case (11) accommodating a power generating factor, and having a gas discharge portion capable of discharging gas when internal pressure increases; a seal material (40) having a protection unit covering the gas discharge portion, and fixed on the case; and at least one between a slit (43) and a thin part (41) on the seal material. At least one between the slit and thin part is installed in a region including the protection unit. The seal material covers the entire gas discharge portion.</p> |
