PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a food in a container which is capable of achieving the thinning of a film and obtaining a product having high aesthetics.SOLUTION: After a container 11 is held by a holding body 31 using a thermal welding device 30 having the holding body 31 capable of holding the container 11, an annular heating body 36 facing the holding body 31 and a space part 38 surrounded by the heating body 36 and opened to the holding body 31 side and a film 20 provided with thermal shrinkability is arranged between the container 11 and the heating body 36, the heating body 36 is fitted to the holding body 31 to hold and weld a collar part 18 and the film 20 together by a matching surface between the holding body 31 and the heating body 36, and an inside region of the film 20 surrounded by the collar part 18 is subjected to shrinkage by the heat of the space part 38. |
