PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply system for illumination and a lighting apparatus capable of stabilizing the power supplied to an illumination load irrespective of output fluctuation on a power receiving coil.SOLUTION: The non-contact power supply system includes: a power transmission unit A having power transmission coils 141-14n to which AC power is supplied; and a power receiving unit B including a power receiving coil 21 for receiving the power in a non-contact manner from the power transmission unit A utilizing the electromagnetic induction due to AC magnetic field generated by the power transmission coils 141-14n; and a power supply circuit K1 that outputs a predetermined power to an LED unit 23 by performing voltage step-up and step-down operation after the received power input from the power receiving coil 21.
