PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid vehicle that can control increase of fuel consumption amount by an engine operation due to reaching of shortage or excess of the calorie and the electric power.SOLUTION: A control device of a hybrid vehicle that is installed in a hybrid vehicle that includes: an engine 10, a motor generator 11, a battery 41, a heater core 20, and an electric heating device 30, forecasts a coolant temperature and a battery state-of-charge after a predetermined time set beforehand based on a heat consumption state of the heater core 20 and a power consumption state of the electric heating device 30, determines shortage and excess of calories of the coolant and the battery state of charge based on a prediction result, and when at least one side of the calorie and the charge amount is shortage or excess, sets an engine operating point shifted to the direction to eliminate the shortage or the excess. |
