PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device having high accuracy of positioning of a solid-state imaging element and an optical mechanism and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes: a projection 13 which is formed on an imaging surface 11a by avoiding an imaging section and projects in an optical axis direction from the imaging surface 11a; and a storage section 32 for storing at least a part of the projection 13. The projection 13 is stored in the storage section 32. Thus, optical axis positioning of the solid-state imaging element and the optical mechanism is performed. |
