PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of bimetallic corrosion due to moisture condensation of a metal member in a ground structure where a terminal of an electric wire with the terminal, which has an aluminum electric wire, is connected with the metal member.SOLUTION: In an electric wire 1 with a ground terminal, an electric wire 9 has a core wire 91 made of a metal material composed mainly of aluminum, and a terminal fitting 8 connected with the core wire 91 is made of a metal material composed mainly of aluminum. Further, an interval maintenance member 20 made of a non metal material is attached to the terminal fitting 8 overlapping therewith and has a hole 211 communicating with a hole 821 of the terminal fitting 8. A bolt member 6 penetrates through holes of the terminal fitting 8 and the interval maintenance member 20 and fixes the terminal fitting 8 to a reference potential body 7 with the interval maintenance member 20 sandwiched between the terminal fitting 8 and the reference potential body 7.
