PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening member heater that can improve durability of a heater by preventing overheat of the heater while solidly fastening members to be mounted, and to provide a fastening unit, a rotation machine and a member fixing method.SOLUTION: A fastening member heater 6 is inserted into a heater insertion hole 46 formed in a fastening member 1 inserted into members to be mounted for securing the members to be mounted so that it loosens the fastening member 1 through contraction by a temperature change and fastening the fastening member. The fastening member includes: a heater 50 that is inserted into the insertion hole 46 and generates heat; and a gas guiding means 71 that guides gas between the heater inserted into the heater insertion hole 46 and the heater insertion hole 46.
