PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measures for saving precious lives and measures for quickly performing mutual safety confirmation, even if huge tsunami occurs hereafter.SOLUTION: When receiving tsunami information or a tsunami mail, an electronic apparatus with a built-in GPS calculates an altitude value of a current location of the electronic apparatus, when the altitude value is less than or equal to a predicted height of the tsunami, issues an evacuation alarm, retrieves a site that is closest to the current location and exceeds the predicted height of the tsunami, and guides an evacuation route to the site, and when issuing or stopping the evacuation alarm, notifies a predetermined destination of the situation by an electronic mail. |
