The hollow shaft (32) is rotatably supported by an anchor shaft (20) so as to be rotated by a water flow oriented toward the spiral blade (30). The power generator (40) is provided to the interior of the hollow shaft (32). The transmission (50) is provided to the interior of the hollow shaft (32) and transmits drive force coming from the hollow shaft (32) to a rotor (42) of the power generator (40).</p>
