PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vehicle transmission oil cooler and the vehicle transmission oil cooler manufactured by the same are provided to utilize an aluminum plate as a base material and to form a pipe shape by bending the aluminum plate which is easily cut in a desired size and a desired shape, thereby improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a vehicle transmission oil cooler includes the following steps of: forming a sheet (11) by inserting a radiating pin (113) between plate-shaped base materials (111); cutting the sheet in a preset length; bending the sheet by rolling the sheet in a pipe shape; and brazing an end portion of the sheet.
