PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to reduce a whole size of an air conditioner case by reducing an operating space of a temperature control door. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises an air conditioner case (110), an evaporator (101), a heater core (102), and a temperature control door (120). The evaporator and the heater core are installed by being separated to each other at a constant interval in an air passage inside the air conditioner case. The temperature control door is installed rotatably through a rotary shaft on the air passage between the heater core and the evaporator. The temperature control door comprises a door member and a supporting member (125). The door member is equipped in order to vary the length in a radial direction on one side of the rotary shaft. The door member comprises multiple door plates which are separated from each other at a constant interval, and an elastic member which connects between the multiple door plates.
